The music of FCO is an eclectic blend of “straight ahead” jazz, contemporary classical, progressive rock, hip hop, and modern electronica. The roster includes musicians from New York, Philadelphia & Los Angeles who have performed/recorded with artists like Erykah Badu, John Legend, Matisyahu, Orrin Evans & the Captain Black Big Band, Terell Stafford & the Jazz Orchestra of Philadelphia, Dave Douglas, Tom Harrell, Nicholas Payton, Marcus Strickland, Taylor McFerrin, Cyro Baptista, and John Zorn among others.
